Your doctor can be contacted to answer minor queries or give advice. If you feel your problem could be resolved over the telephone, please tell reception so that they can add you to the telephone list. We appreciate the need for privacy but if you are able to give us an idea about why you are calling our receptionists may be able to chase results, allowing you to be dealt with quicker.
Please ensure you leave a number where we can contact you throughout the day as our doctors may not always be able to call you back until later in the day.
