Compliments are as important to the service as complaints and should be seen as a means of learning why things have gone well.
Sometimes things go wrong and we do like to hear about them sot that we can put them right and learn from our mistakes. If you are having a problem with the service or something has gone wrong, please contact the practice manager Caroline Self by letter, telephone or in person. We will look in to your concerns and discuss them with you.
